Skelemergency at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart!

Donna Kerr Group Helps Bethesda High School Girls Have an Unforgettable Halloween

The Upper School girls at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart--a 1st-12th grade, all-girls school in the heart of Bethesda--had a skelemergency this week and they knew just who to call: Donna Kerr!

Brokerage owner Donna Kerr prepares for a day of spooks and smiles for some ghouls!

When Donna heard the Upper School’s yearly bonfire was canceled due to severe weather, she knew just what to do: mobilize her team at Donna Kerr Group. We joined forces early this morning to get our skelly friends in order, haul our spooky gear into our truck, and make some Halloween magic happen!

All hands on deck! The Donna Kerr Group team joined forces to ensure an unforgettable evening for these local girls.

“Instead of it being the first year of Upper School Halloween celebration for just the freshmen, it’s the first year for the sophomores too because COVID-19 canceled our plans last year,” one student explained to our team. “The weather made us nervous that we’d miss out on another year. I don’t know how you guys even did all this, but you saved the day.”

The Skellys made their final debut of the season at Stone Ridge!

While our in-house team is well versed in the art of home transformations, locals in the DC metro area know Donna Kerr Group’s reputation for skelly transformations, too! “I knew exactly who to call,” Stephany Fontanone, Upper School Dean of Students, recalls. “I reached out to Donna to see if she would be willing to lend us some Halloween decorations. I didn’t expect a truck full!”

It was so fun to transform a community space into some scary fun for the students.

Our team spent the day setting up a Haunted House for the girls and helping the students find creative ways to add some Halloween haunts. As a woman-owned brokerage, being able to give back to our community of future women leaders was particularly rewarding.

Donna Kerr Group knows how to celebrate Spooky Season!

We hope you had a spooktacular night, girls!
